2566TH VESAK DAY CELEBRATIONS - 2022 WITH HOSPITAL DANA SERVICE : MAGADH MEDICAL HOSPITAL

The Buddha said: "Arōgyā paramā lābhā, Santuṭṭhiparamaṃ dhanaṃ - Health is the greatest gain, contentment, the greatest wealth".

Bodh Gaya, the most Sacred Buddhist Pilgrimage Center in the world, where the Lord Buddha attained ultimate enlightenment under the Bodhi tree - more than 2500 years back. In this Land of the Enlightenment, Int'l Sadhananandapala Banavihara Foundation celebrated 2566th Vesak Day: Commemorating the three great events of the Buddha: Birth, Enlightenment & Mahaparinibbana on 15th May 2022 with a Hospital Dana Service at Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College & Hospital, Gaya.

Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” We couldn’t agree more. Int'l Sadhananandapala Banavihara Foundation distributed Fruits, Biscuits and Juice to the patients. The distribution of the edible food item has allowed us in making a difference in the community.

Int'l Sadhananandapala Banavihara Foundation has been able to mobilize the resources for donation through the generous support of the 2022 Bangladesh, India & Sri Lanka Food Donors. Because of your generous donations, we could organized the Hospital Dana Service and help the patients eat nutritious food supplements for vitamins & minerals.
