Chantings & Meditation

Daily chanting and meditation are an essential part of our activities, serving as a reminder of the practice we are encouraged to follow in everyday life. Morning and evening chanting help cultivate confidence, joy, satisfaction, and devotion within us. This devotion is a powerful inner strength, known as the Power of Devotion (Saddhābala). When chanting and meditation are practiced with mindful attention, the mind becomes calm and contemplative, free from wandering and unwholesome thoughts, energising our life as a whole. In this way, the practice encourages confidence in our own actions and their results, guiding us to rely on mindful effort and self-understanding on the path.

Humanitarian Services

Through our Humanitarian Services, the International Sadhananandapala Banavihara Foundation (ISBF) undertakes Hospital Dana services, humanitarian relief, and community support initiatives. Guided by compassion, ethical responsibility, and inclusivity, our work aims to create meaningful social impact and contribute to the sustainable well-being of individuals and communities.
